 BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA BENGODI :
Arrival From 15.30 until 20.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay The rental of the whole villa is for a minimum stay of 7 days. The rental price includes the use of the six bedrooms (without any extra beds that have to be calculated and paid apart), the kitchen, of the three lounges on the gournd floor the guest toilet, the laundry, the garden in front of the villa. Furthermore guests can make walks on the ground and make use of the beach underneath the park.
The price includes Water, gas for cooking, bed and kitchen linen, towels, weekly linen change, mid-week cleaning with linen change and final cleaning.
The price doesn't include

Telephone, heating, housemaid, extra linen, extra beds (low season/night: € 45; high season/night: € 50)
Booking

30% of the total amount; the total should be paid on the arrival.
Cancellation In the event of cancellation the 30% down payment won't be paid back.
Deposit Villa: A damage deposit of € 250 is due upon arrival.

Animals are allowed only upon request.
