From North
Highway A 12 towards Roma, exit at Rosignano Marittimo.
Highway SS1 towards Grosseto/Roma.
Exit at Fonteblanda.
Follow towards Talamone and after having passed a bridge, turn left. On the end of that road, turn left again and follow straight on. Nearly at the end of this blind alley, turn right and follow on this road up the hill, until arriving at the villa.
From South
Motorway towards Civitavecchia.
At Civitavecchia, the motorway ends and take then the highway Superstrada SS 1 in the direcition of Grosseto/Livorno.
Exit at Fonteblanda.
