Villa Bengodi is situated on the top of a hill close to the sea in southern Tuscany on the coast of the Maremma. The liberty style villa is embedded in 32 ha of land and dates back to the end of the 19th century.

Villa Bengodi has maintained until today the original structure, composed of a main building with independent entrance, 6 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, kitchen, dining room, TV-room and living room. There are other two side wings (one with the dwelling of the owners, the other a holiday apartment for 5 people) and some annexes. Around the villa, a beautiful park with age-old palms, various agaves, holm oaks that together create a unique setting.

From many angles inside the property it is possible to admire incomparable views over the sea with the cape of Talamone towards north, the Argentario towards south and in front, the Island Giglio. On clear days it is also possible to catch a glimpse of the island Elba and Corsica. The next beach distances only 100 m; it is a small public beach composed of sand and rocks. The most famous beaches in Maremma, such as the "Spiaggia di Colle Lungo", "Spiaggia della Feniglia", "il Bagno delle Donne", "Spiaggia della Fertilia" (one of the favourite surf beaches) are nearby.
